• Hello Fellow Buckeye,

The Ohio State University Alumni Club of WNC is an active participant in the OSU Alumni Association's campaign to help stop Hunger. We have partnered with Manna Food Bank to help our local community here in the mountains feed the less fortunate.

Our volunteer event will be held at Manna Food Bank in Asheville on 3-03-12 @ 9:00 am (arrive 8:30).

Please complete the sign up registration form below and it will be automatically submitted to Greg Greiner, Event Chairperson. Once submitted all you need to do is show up on 9:00 am and be a part of a great cause.

We are asking all alumni to please help out those less fortunate in our area during these trying times. Please wear your scarlet and gray! There will be lots of things to do as this is an all volunteer event for everyone - no limitations.

Volunteer work includes all ages, diverse religious and ethnic groups. Individuals with varied ability levels and economic resources can provide useful services. You can be a productive team member, meet other people who share your convictions, and have fun! Volunteers are the lifeblood of many non-profits, and MANNA FoodBank relies heavily on the goodwill of their volunteer corps to helps serve their mission of involving, educating, and uniting people to end hunger in Western North Carolina.

Thanks for participating in this great cause and we look forward to seeing you.

The Board of Governors of the OSU Alumni Club of WNC.
